We’re hiring for a Client Partner to join our team in London.
Purpose of the Role
As Client Partner you’ll own the day-to-day client relationship and all elements of delivery. This includes the implementation of the strategic vision for the client, delivery against the financial targets set and building a trusted relationship with the client.
You’ll immerse yourself and the team in the clients’ business: understanding their challenges, objectives, external economic environment, markets they operate in, competitive threats and relevant partner agencies. You’ll understand their business model, how it is performing and what success looks like; knowing the client’s products inside out and applying this knowledge to deliver innovative, ambitious client plans and service that deepens the relationships with the Client to ensure retention and growth.

This is a permanent role.
The team is based in our London office but operates under flexible working arrangements. The team are currently in the office every Wednesday and Thursday.
