Our prestigious US law firm is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to join its close-knit, high-performing team. This role is at the heart of the firm's client-facing operations and will involve working directly with partners to ensure an exceptional administrative and financial service is delivered.
Key responsibilities:
Manage all stages of the client process including onboarding, engagement letters, billing, collections and reportingPrepare and review monthly invoices, resolving billing issues before partner sign-offLiaise directly with partners and clients, demonstrating professionalism and client service excellenceMonitor and assist with collections and financial reconciliationsMaintain accurate client and matter information for compliance and reportingSupport the processing of write-offs, refunds, and adjustments in line with firm policy
About you:
2+ years in a client operations, finance or billing role-law firm experience is required.Comfortable working with finance systems (Aderant or similar) and ExcelExceptional attention to detail and organisational skillsConfident communicator with strong interpersonal skillsFamiliarity with VAT, SAR, and electronic billing systems preferred
