This is anewly created positionwithin the company and the successful applicant will play apivotal role in the firm’s future growth plans.

The Job…

You will be joining and working closely with ahighly capable & hands-on team, working collaboratively across the following areas:

  • Supporting with the successful implementation of a new client platform.
  • Overseeing key aspects of client onboarding and account transitions during the platform migration process.
  • Ensuring the smooth implementation of strategic financial planning advice to the firm’s enviable client portfolio.
  • Helping to refine internal processes & documentation to support the evolving client journey,
  • Supervising a small & capable team, supporting with day to day workflow.

The Ideal Candidate…

The successful applicant will become acentral part of a dynamic and expanding team. On behalf of our client, we are looking to speak with someone withwealth management exposure & good operational experience. Ideally you will also possess the following criteria:

  • Experience working within, or closely alongside, a wealth management or private client business- either in-house or through project-based work (essential).
  • A good understanding of client onboarding, account transitions, or operational processes.
  • Any experience with supporting a platform or system change would be particularly desirable.
  • A naturally hands-on and solutions-focused individual.
  • Any paraplanning or financial planning experience would be highly advantageous but not essential for this position.
