The Company

A highly regarded and successful Investment Management Company.

The Role

THIS ROLE IS A 6-MONTH FTC

The successful candidate must be a self-starter with a passion for Client Data, working to a high standard, showing initiative and drive, providing day-to-day data support across the Wealth Management Firm.

The Client Operations Data Analyst will focus on Client Onboarding, Client Account Opening, and working with Client Fees.

The role involves managing Client data within the Client Services department, including static data entry, data amendments, monitoring data quality, maintaining vendor relationships, and ensuring governance and standards are upheld from the outset.

The analyst will accurately input and maintain reference data in the firm's trading system (Figaro), perform data quality checks to mitigate risks, and investigate discrepancies related to KYC and Due Diligence Data.

When necessary, the analyst will liaise with internal colleagues and external vendors to ensure high accuracy at all times.

The Candidate

Experience in Investment Management or Wealth Management industry.

Some experience with Client Operations Data, Client Fees, Client Account Opening, and Client Onboarding.

An understanding of KYC and Client Diligence processes.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately.

Proficiency in MS Office products, especially Excel.

A team player with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage own workload.
