What you’ll be doing

As a Client Operations Account Manager, you will:

  1. Onboard new clients and ensure smooth implementation
  2. Manage billing, membership updates, and account administration
  3. Work closely with internal teams to deliver solutions and improvements
  4. Investigate and resolve client issues
  5. Keep clients informed and maintain strong relationships

What we’re looking for

  1. Experience in a client-facing account management role
  2. Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  3. High level of numeracy and proficiency in MS Office
  4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
