Client On-boarding & Reporting Analyst (TOP Investment firm!)

Looking to make a real impact? Want to join an extremely fast growing fund?

This is a Fully Remote role with a HQ in London. 1-2 days in the London office a month for a keeping in touch day(s)

Do you have Strong admin + early KYC/AML exposure?

Do you have experience with End-to-end onboarding + reporting + stakeholder coordination?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collect and verify necessary documentation in compliance with KYC/AML regulations.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to set up client accounts and services
  • Provide ongoing support to clients during the onboarding phase.
  • Prepare and deliver accurate investment reports to clients and stakeholders.
  • Analyze portfolio performance and provide insights to the investment team.
  • Ensure compliance with reporting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in client onboarding within the financial industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
