We're currently looking for a Client Onboarding Executive to join a brilliant leading regional law firm with a fabulous local presence. You will support the team across their onboarding process, conducting client due diligence (CDD) and Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organised, and keen to play a key role in a growing law firm. If you have legal experience and experience with CDD & AML, now keen to make a move away from a fee-earning role, this is a great opportunity to build a compliance career.
Making sure our client onboarding is top-notch while keeping compliance at the heart of what we do. Here’s what that looks like:
- Running CDD and AML checks on new and existing clients.
- Making sure all client info and documents are accurate, up to date, and properly recorded.
- Digging into client backgrounds, business activities, and ownership structures to assess risk.
- Helping develop and refine our onboarding processes to make them smoother and more efficient.
- Keeping up to date with changing AML regulations and making sure we’re always compliant.
- Supporting clients through the onboarding process – making it as easy and stress-free as possible.
- Collaborating with internal teams to promote best practices across the firm.
- Attention to detail
- Experience with CDD, AML, and client onboarding
- Strong communication skills
- Experience working within a law firm
