Job Title : Client OnboardingExecutive

Salary : Up to £34K (DOE)

Job Type : Permanent

On site for probation period with transition to hybrid

The Role

My client within financial services is seeking a Client Onboarding Executive you will play a key role in onboarding clients investing in certain areas of the business. You’ll work closely with internal teams and third parties to ensure all applications are processed efficiently and in line with regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

• Process client applications and perform AML/KYC checks.
• Handle client and adviser queries via phone and email.
• Create and send investment documents, adviser statements, and fee schedules.
• Maintain accurate records in the internal CRM and report daily fundraising figures.
• Support complaint handling, audits, and compliance-related tasks.

Who You Are

• 1–2 years of experience in client onboarding or financial services.
• You are detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
• You communicate clearly and professionally
• Confident using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• You understand (or are keen to learn about) AML procedures and retail investment products
