Job Description

The Client Onboarding Executive's duties include:



  • Processing new client applications and conducting AML/KYC checks.


  • Liaising with internal teams and external third parties to ensure timely onboarding.


  • Handling client and adviser queries via phone and email.


  • Maintaining accurate records in the internal CRM and produce necessary investor and adviser documentation.


  • Monitoring application quality, managing fund data, and reporting fundraising activity.


  • Assisting with adviser commission schedules and responding to client complaints in line with FCA standards.


  • Regularly engaging with product and compliance training.


The Successful Applicant

The ideal Client Onboarding Executive candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills. They should be organised, proactive, and capable of handling multiple priorities under pressure. A basic understanding of AML and retail investment products is preferred, along with good proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
