About the Role

As a strategic partner to our Sales team, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients—guiding them through the onboarding process and ensuring a seamless, compliant, and positive investment experience. You’ll work closely with Compliance, Legal, and AML teams to coordinate onboarding activities and uphold the highest standards of service and regulatory integrity.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the primary liaison for clients during onboarding, addressing queries and ensuring clarity on fund structures and regulatory requirements.

Manage the end-to-end onboarding process, coordinating across internal teams to meet deadlines and exceed expectations.

Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.

Collaborate with AML/KYC teams to ensure timely and thorough due diligence.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

Communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels.

Take ownership of tasks and projects, managing competing priorities with a proactive mindset.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in client onboarding, investment operations, or financial services support.

Strong understanding of AML/KYC processes and regulatory frameworks (EU/German experience a plus).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

High attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

A collaborative, solutions-focused approach.

This is a fixed-term contract full-time position located in London. For this role a valid working permit for the UK is mandatory.

Expectations regarding hybrid working:As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the clients' offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our clients' policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our clients now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require. However, some of our clients have now moved up to 4 days and even 5 days in the office and we require candidates to be flexible to meet our client demands.
