Job Description

Support smarter, safer construction—right from the design stage. AECOM is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Client Monitoring Team Member to oversee the design and technical delivery of high-profile projects such as prisons, hospitals, and residential buildings.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Assist in managing design and technical coordination across projects.
  2. Review drawings, specifications, and requirements for compliance and buildability.
  3. Support procurement of consultants and subcontractors with clear design scopes.
  4. Maintain project-specific design programs and monitor progress.
  5. Coordinate with commercial and site teams to resolve technical issues and ensure quality.
About You
  • Degree in Architecture, Design, or Construction-related field.
  • Understanding of UK Building Regulations, construction processes, and technical documentation.
  • Proficient in CAD/Revit; confident in technical coordination.
  • Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
