Job summary

Everywhen is seeking a highly organised and analytical Client Money Controls Coordinator to join our Finance and IBA Operations team in the UK. The role focuses on maintaining and enhancing the client money control framework while ensuring compliance with FCA CASS requirements.

You will coordinate control attestations, support regulatory reporting, and drive improvements across the client money control environment, collaborating with Risk, Compliance, Finance and Audit teams.

• Confident working independently and with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of CASS regulations, particularly CASS 5 and CASS 8.
• Experience in regulated financial services; insurance sector experience.
• Exposure to risk, controls, audit, compliance or client money functions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and proactively review Client & Insurer Money controls through risk management framework and online risk event portal.
• Coordinate quarterly control attestation processes with key stakeholders across the business.
• Support the implementation of new controls and enhancements to existing control processes.
• Maintain the CASS Risk Assessment, ensuring risks are identified and linked to controls.
• Produce monthly client money reporting, management information, and analytics.
• Maintain the central breach register, ensuring CASS breaches are recorded and monitored.
• Build strong working relationships with senior stakeholders, operational teams and external auditors.
• Identify control gaps and process inefficiencies; drive continuous improvement.
• Support compliance with FCA Client Asset Sourcebook requirements and internal governance standards.
