Responsibilities

• Managing a portfolio of SME clients, acting as their key point of contact.
• Advising business owners on accounts, tax and broader commercial matters.
• Reviewing accounts and other work to ensure technical accuracy and quality.
• Maintaining high levels of client service.
• Mentoring and supporting junior members of the team.
• Helping to improve workflow, consistency and delivery across the practice.
• Building long-term relationships and identifying opportunities to add value to clients.
