Job Description

  • Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring their financial needs are met effectively.
  • Oversee the delivery of accounting and finance services, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Provide strategic advice to clients on financial planning and growth opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve operational excellence.
  • Review and analyse financial reports to provide actionable insights for clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of services, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service offerings and identify new opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and regulations.

A successful Associate Director should have:
