Job summary

ACCA Careers in the UK is seeking a Client Manager for a growing chartered accountant firm in Bideford to take on full management of a varied portfolio, delivering accounts and tax, and leading a small team.

You will work closely with Directors, supervise a support team, and develop careers, with flexible hours and home/office mix, and a competitive negotiable salary in the £45k–£55k range.

Qualifications

• You may be ACA/ACCA/AAT/ATT/CTA qualified; relevant experience in a UK accountancy practice is expected.
• Experience delivering year-end accounts and tax for varied client portfolios is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage year-end accounts delivery, tax, and related services for SMEs and larger clients.
• Lead and develop a small support team, reviewing work and guiding career growth.
• Maintain strong client relationships and work with Directors on service delivery and growth.
