Job summary

ACCA Careers in the UK is seeking a Client Manager for a growing chartered accountant firm in Bideford to take on full management of a varied portfolio, delivering accounts and tax, and leading a small team.

You will work closely with Directors, supervise a support team, and develop careers, with flexible hours and home/office mix, and a competitive negotiable salary in the £45k–£55k range.

Qualifications

• You may be ACA/ACCA/AAT/ATT/CTA qualified; relevant experience in a UK accountancy practice is expected.
• Experience delivering year-end accounts and tax for varied client portfolios is preferred.

A growing firm of chartered accountants based in Bideford is searching for a Client Manager to join their team as a key hire to take on the full management of a wide ranging industry portfolio, managing client relationships, delivery of accounts, tax and wider services and managing a small team within this highly successful firm of accountants.

A fast growing and successful firm of accountants based in Bideford acting for clients across the spectrum in size, across wide ranging sectors, industries and turnovers up into the £millions in turnover across a wide range of their larger clients, The firm for clients across very varied industry sector sole trader, partnerships and limited companies. Description

Joining the firms Bideford offices as a Client Manager you will take on the management and delivery of year end accounts, tax and wider associated services to a very varied portfolio of mixed industry sole trade, partnership and limited company SMEs, OMBs and corporate clients into the £millions in turnovers on larger clients. You will significant client contact and autonomy whilst working closely with Directors and support team around you. You will manage, oversee and review a small support team alongside helping their development and career growth, have opportunity to carve a long term career move and play a key role in this firms further ongoing success and development, with the associated career profession this presents to those seeking a route to progress in the medium and longer term.

Profile

You may be any of ACA, ACCA, AAT, ATT, CTA qualified, with a career background around the Client Manager levels managing the delivery of year end accounts, tax and services delivery to wide ranging sole trade, partnership and limited company clients, developed within a UK accountancy practice firm environment of any size. Job Offer

Circa £45,000- £55,000 dependent on the background experience and level of the right professional, plus benefits, negotiable.
