Job summary

Butler Rose Public Practice is recruiting a Client Manager in Wellingborough to take ownership of a diverse client portfolio, mainly sole traders, SMEs and OMBs.

You will prepare and review accounts, personal tax returns, VAT, CIS and bookkeeping, ensuring MTD compliance while acting as the main point of contact for clients. A supportive team environment with flexible, part-time options and a competitive salary is on offer.

Qualifications

• ACCA/ACA qualified or QBE
• Experience in an accountancy practice environment
• Confident managing client relationships and onboarding new clients
• Experience across accounts, personal tax, VAT, CIS
• Knowledge cloud accounting systems
• Organised, approachable, and hands-on in your working style
• Comfortable managing and mentoring junior staff
• Excellent client-facing skills and communication

Butler Rose Public Practice is delighted to be supporting a friendly and long-established independent accountancy practice in the recruitment of a Client Manager.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on practice professional to manage their own portfolio while working within a close-knit team environment. The role would suit either an experienced Client Manager or a Senior Accountant who can hit the ground running and is looking to take on a diverse portfolio.
