Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients including limited companies, sole traders and partnerships.
• Review statutory accounts, management accounts and corporation tax returns prepared by the team.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, offering commercial and technical advice.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Identify tax planning and advisory opportunities and collaborate with specialist teams.
• Manage deadlines, budgets and workflow to ensure timely delivery.
• Support, mentor and review the work of junior team members.

Responsibilities

As a ClientManager, you will take responsibility for managing a varied portfolio ofclients, ensuring they receive a proactive, high-quality service.

Responsibilitieswill include:

• Managing a diverse portfolio of limited companies,sole traders and partnerships across a range of industries.
• Reviewing statutory accounts, management accountsand corporation tax returns prepared by the wider team.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients,providing commercial and technical advice.
• Building and maintaining long-term clientrelationships through regular communication and exceptional service.
• Identifying tax planning and advisory opportunitiesand working alongside specialist teams where appropriate.
• Managing client deadlines, budgets and workflow toensure work is delivered efficiently.
• Supporting, mentoring and reviewing the work ofjunior team members.
  

Requirements

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or qualified by experiencewith relevant practice experience).
  
• Previous experience working within a UK firm ofChartered Accountants.
  
• Experience managing a portfolio of clientsindependently.
  
• Strong technical knowledge of accounts and businesstaxation.
  
• Excellent communication and relationship managementskills.
  
• Experience reviewing work and mentoring juniorstaff.
  
• Well organised with the ability to prioritisemultiple deadlines.
  
• Salary circa £45,000 - £55,000 depending onexperience and qualification status.
