About the Opportunity

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, communicating clearly, and being a trusted first point of contact for clients. You will manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met while supporting the delivery of high-quality accountancy services.

What You Will Do
  • Build and maintain trusted client relationships
  • Act as the first point of contact for queries and support
  • Oversee client deliverables, coordinating with our accounting team
  • Help clients adopt and make the most of cloud-based systems like Xero and Sage Business Cloud
  • Play a key role in contributing to our forward-thinking, collaborative culture

  • Experience in client communication and account management, as well as accountancy practice experience
  • Strong people and organisational skills
  • Confidence with technology and cloud-based finance systems
  • A service-focused approach with the ability to juggle priorities
