M+C Saatchi Talent are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Client Manager to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting the management of high-profile talent across commercial campaigns, broadcast, publishing, and social media. You will work closely with the wider team to deliver outstanding service to clients, helping to identify and secure new opportunities while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What you'll do:

  • Support the strategic management of talent careers across commercial, broadcast, publishing, and digital sectors.
  • Act as a key liaison for multiple talent clients, coordinating diaries, providing logistical support, and managing daily communications.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, reporting, and maintaining up-to-date records in internal systems.
  • Research and identify new brand and media partnership opportunities; assist in the negotiation and execution of deals.
  • Build and nurture relationships with brand, agency, and broadcast partners.
  • Manage and respond to inbound enquiries relating to talent opportunities.
  • Attend shoots, industry events, and networking opportunities as required.
  • Support the upkeep of the company website and internal databases.
  • Help build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business opportunities.
  • Identify and sign new talent to the roster
  • Have sole responsibility of a handful of clients under the guidance of an Agent

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in a media, entertainment, or talent management environment.
  • Highly organised with strong multi-tasking and prioritisation skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and a professional phone manner.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Apple/Google calendars, and general office applications.
  • Working knowledge of social media platforms and current best practices.
  • Ability to create compelling presentations using PowerPoint, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Comfortable taking initiative, working independently, and contributing to a team environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable, able to thrive in a fast-paced office or remote setting.
  • Goal-oriented and capable of working to tight deadlines.
  • Genuine interest in the media, fashion, entertainment, sport, and influencer industries.
  • Strategic thinker with an understanding of long-term talent development.
  • Excellent written English, spelling, and grammar.
  • Discretion and confidentiality are essential.
