Job summary

TMPW is seeking a Client Manager in London, hybrid (minimum 2 days in our Tottenham Court Road office). You will lead day-to-day client relationships, ensuring value delivery across the candidate journey and partnerships with CRDs.

You’ll drive commercial health, forecast, bill, and identify growth opportunities, while coordinating with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in client services, marketing, or account management.
• Exposure to media channels, social media and digital solutions.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship building at pace.
• Experience in assessment or RPO environments is a plus.
• Curiosity to learn end-to-end candidate journey and commercial impact.

Responsibilities

• Maintain revenue and GP tracking with precise account data.
• Support forecasting, billing, and invoicing to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify organic expansion opportunities within your client base.
• Assist in value-led commercial conversations with scoping briefs and proposals.

As a Client Manager, you are the operational lead for our client relationships. While the Client Relationship Director (CRD) provides high-level strategic oversight and long-term growth planning, you will own the day-to-day excellence that keeps the partnership thriving. You will be the primary point of contact, ensuring our clients feel supported and confident in the value TMPW delivers across the entire candidate journey.

You will take accountability for the commercial health of your portfolio in partnership with the CRDs, moving beyond basic coordination to become a value-added partner.

• Commercial Discipline: Maintain rigorous standards for revenue and GP tracking, ensuring all account data is precise and actionable.
• Financial Support: Support accurate forecasting, billing, and invoicing to ensure seamless financial operations.
• Account Growth: Support and maintain account growth pipelines by identifying organic expansion opportunities within your existing client base.
• Consultative Scoping: Assist in value‑led commercial conversations by scoping briefs and preparing professional, high‑impact proposals.
• Framework Application: Apply structured commercial frameworks to transition from an order‑taker to a consultative advisor who builds long‑term client confidence.

Operational Excellence

You are the central pivot point of the agency that unites our clients with our specialist internal teams.

• Orchestrating Specialisms: Uniting creative, insight, media, and delivery teams to ensure every solution is joined‑up and high‑impact.
