Are you an experienced rural accountant ready for a more visible, client-focused role? We're looking for a Client Manager to support senior advisers and their growing portfolio of rural business clients.

In this role, you’ll take ownership of accounts and tax work—delivering, reviewing, and signing off reports to ensure top technical accuracy. You’ll also act as a trusted adviser to clients, proactively adding value and collaborating with specialists across the business to meet their needs.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, takes a real interest in their clients’ businesses, and brings strong accountancy expertise with a forward-thinking mindset.

Key responsibilities of the Client Manager include:

Oversee and sign off on accounts and tax work, ensuring high technical standards.

Work closely with senior advisers to support a diverse range of rural clients.

Identify opportunities to add value for clients and the wider business.

Collaborate with internal specialists to offer holistic client support.

Coach and mentor junior team members.

Contribute ideas and improvements to help shape the future of the team.

The successful Client Manager will require:
