Your new company
Nicely located in the heart of Cardiff, this extremely modern practice is seeking a new Client Manager to join the team after a growth in fees. The office environment is outstanding, featuring modern breakout rooms and a renowned 5-star hotel-style service for staff. You'll be joining a dynamic team of 9 experienced Client Managers, each empowered to independently manage their own client portfolios with trust and autonomy.

Your new role

• Manage and grow client relationships, delivering tailored advice that supports their business goals
• Oversee preparation of accounts, VAT returns, and tax computations
• Attend and lead client meetings to provide strategic insights and ensure service excellence
• Support and mentor junior staff, contributing to their development and performance
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain high standards and drive best practices
• No timesheets for preparing Accounts and Tax Returns

What you'll need to succeed

• Prior experience as a Client Manager in a successful Accountancy Practice
• Excellent Communication skills
• ACCA/ACA/AAT Qualified
