Location:London, 2 days a week in the office
Salary: From £39k,10% discretionary bonus
Level:Manager-level, with scope across a team or key FMCGclients.

What You’ll Be Doing

Your days will be dynamic. You might find yourself:

  • Campaign & Media Optimisation: Lead planning to maximise performance, spot risks early, and fix inefficiencies. Stay ahead on media trends (onsite, tech, innovation).
  • Process Improvements: Streamline campaign workflows by collaborating with key stakeholders.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver weekly updates, flag issues with solutions, and document mitigation strategies.
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor 3 Client Execs, focusing on upskilling, clear goals, and high performance.
  • Business Impact: Contribute to company-wide projects like training, PR, and marketing, shaping a company people love to work for.
