The Role:
As a Client Manager, you’ll be a key point of contact for a varied portfolio of clients, ensuring exceptional service and strategic advice. You’ll manage and mentor a team, oversee accounts production, and identify opportunities to add value to your clients’ businesses.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring deadlines and expectations are consistently met
  • Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts, management accounts, and VAT returns
  • Providing proactive business and tax advice to clients
  • Building and nurturing strong client relationships
  • Overseeing and supporting junior team members, encouraging professional development
  • Identifying new business opportunities and contributing to the firm’s growth

About You:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
  • Proven experience in a similar client-facing role within practice
  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and tax regulations
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy
  • A team player with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
