Job summary

TP ICAP in Belfast is seeking a Graduate Client Onboarding Associate to join the Client Lifecycle Team. You will help deliver BAU onboarding processes for a range of clients in a fast-paced financial services environment, with training provided.

The role focuses on KYC/AML checks, client screening, and building strong internal relationships with operations and front-office brokers, while supporting compliance in a dynamic market.

Responsibilities

• Deliver BAU client lifecycle processes to defined service levels.
• Complete onboarding cases for low/medium/high risk clients with necessary KYC/AML checks.
• Monitor negative media alerts and escalate to compliance as needed.
• Utilise screening tools to complete client screening related to BAU cases.
• Assist with group mailbox management and respond to queries within the team.
• Build key relationships with internal Operations stakeholders and Front Office Brokers.
• Liaise with the Anti Financial Crime team in London on escalated AML/KYC risks.
