Job description

Quantica Medical are recruiting a Client Liaison Officer for one of our trusted clients based in Subriton.

What will your role as a Client Liaison Officer look like?

  1. Deliver a consistent, Client centred, caring, confidential and professional reception and administration service
  2. Enable the smooth running of a Client focused service
  3. Ensure all Client case notes are processed in a consistent and timely fashion in line with monthly invoicing requirements
  4. Treat all Clients with dignity and respect and maintain strict Client confidentiality
  5. Liaise with clinical and medical staff regarding Client and medical queries
  6. Co-ordinate client treatment pathway throughout time in the clinic
  7. Chaperone ultrasound scanning process when required
  8. Co-ordinate and facilitate the delivery of client prescriptions and legal documents
  9. Undertake duties in accordance with safe working practices relating to COSHH
  10. Maintain effective infection control procedures
  11. Ensure hazardous waste is disposed of in accordance with Company procedures
  12. Handle blood samples in accordance with safe working practices
  13. Undertake any other duties and responsibilities commensurate with the level and responsibilities of the post
  14. Work in harmony with all other personnel and communicate in an open and courteous manner with Clients and colleagues
  15. Undertake any training necessary to fulfil duties and responsibilities

Working Days:

  1. Monday 08:00 – 18:00
  2. Tuesday 08:00 – 18:00
  3. Friday 08:00 – 18:00
