A leading firm in wealth management seeks an experienced Client Liaison Manager/Office Manager for their Rayleigh office. This role emphasizes team leadership, client service, and the efficient operation of financial service processes within a dynamic environment.
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Liaison Manager/Office Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis at our flagship office in Rayleigh. This location has recently moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility situated on Rayleigh High Street.
In this role, you will support a team of Finance Administrators while assisting the North Client Liaison Manager with day-to-day operational responsibilities. As a Client Liaison Manager, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring your team, monitoring their performance, and providing ongoing feedback.
Please note, this role will be based in Rayleigh and regular travel to other site locations where necessary.
