Job description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Liaison Manager/Office Manager to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis at our flagship office in Rayleigh. This location has recently moved into a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility situated on Rayleigh High Street.

In this role, you will support a team of Finance Administrators while assisting the North Client Liaison Manager with day-to-day operational responsibilities. As a Client Liaison Manager, you will be responsible for training, coaching, and mentoring your team, monitoring their performance, and providing ongoing feedback.

Please note, this role will be based in Rayleigh and regular travel to other site locations where necessary.

What you’ll do as a Client Liaison Manager:

  1. Lead, supervise and motivate a team of Client Liaison Administrators by setting clear goals and support the daily operations including monitoring performance.
  2. Meet and greet clients and other visitors to the office
  3. Assist advisers in creating client financial reports and letters, including compilation of annual review packs, production of valuations and client investment reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  4. Maintain oversight of Individual Training Plans, MI, analyze trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
  5. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service, quality, and efficiency.
  6. Maximize operational efficiency and monitor the quality of client interaction and business processing, escalating issues as needed.
  7. Manage staff holidays and office cover.
  8. Review QA results proactively, ensuring follow-up and corrective actions are timely.
  9. Support training and development to empower colleagues and promote a first-time right approach.
  10. Ensure client and colleague records are up-to-date and all documents are properly stored.
  11. Act as a point of contact for clients in the Wealth Planner’s absence, handle queries, and book meetings.
  12. Contribute to project work, providing expertise and leadership.
  13. Foster a positive team culture, recognize achievements, and lead client event coordination.

This list is not exhaustive; additional tasks may be assigned as reasonably requested by the line manager.
