We're hiring for a Client Lead as part of Global Addressable in London

Purpose of the Role

The Client Lead will provide strategic recommendations and manage all resources to ensure the client's needs are met. You will be viewed as a trusted advisor to client, understands and articulates client business insights and leverages to contribute ways to move business forward, lead and monitor the day-to-day activities: proactively identify new business building insights and opportunities, manage, motivate and develop the team; work with other departments to develop and execute strategies that will build the client's business.

We are looking for a curious person who is eager to learn fast, knows how to communicate, has an

international background and feels comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment with all

cultural challenges and opportunities this brings. For this role you need to have strong stakeholder

management skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Responsible for structuring, leading, and managing the pod to deliver business according to set targets
  • Input into shaping of your respective pod, which includes KPI's, training and hiring of key members of the team
  • Managing the finance process, forecasting, and reporting to the business
  • Working with the framework provided by the Client Partner to succeed in hitting targets
  • Managing the relationships between select agencies with dentsu and its clients to achieve revenue goals and build out commercial strategy
  • Client facing role which requires commercial acumen to play the role of educator, specialist and thought leadership in audience targeting, data management and programmatic/paid social buying
  • Pushing to exceed targets and be at the forefront of paid media innovation for GAM and its clients
  • Leading Client quarterly reviews and performance reporting and governance to support performance goals and continuous improvement activities to make operations more effective for clients and businesses

Qualifications + Skills

  • Several years of experience in media, advertising, or marketing, with a strong understanding of media planning and buying.
  • Strong knowledge in Programmatic and Paid Social buying.
  • Advanced experience with relationship management as well as team management
  • Advanced experience with service & solution frameworks & methods.
  • Advanced project management and market research skills.
  • A passion for digital marketing and the desire to grow within this industry.
