Job summary

Bridewell is seeking an experienced Security Operations professional to lead and evolve our security services, focusing on the Microsoft Security stack and customer collaboration. The role requires navigating fast-paced managed security services and delivering value across customer and supplier ecosystems.

You will own technical relationships, drive improvements, and integrate with other Bridewell MS Service functions to showcase expertise and leadership.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in Cyber Security with experience in Security Operations.
• Proven ability to manage customer and stakeholder relationships.
• Strong collaboration and adaptability to evolving security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and solve critical customer security problems including incidents and project blockers.
• Support complex threat hunts tailored to intelligence-led threats.
• Quality assure all items related to your customer provided by our service.
• Provide oversight of all major incidents and RCAs.
• Drive high quality automation to reduce dwell time and manual analyst workload.
• Design and drive content development strategies and internal projects.
• Provide technical oversight of customer onboarding documentation.

Job description

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced Security Operations professional with strong knowledge the Microsoft Security stack, who enjoys the pace of managed security services and can collaborate with customers and their suppliers to lead and evolve Security Operations capabilities.

Ideally you will have at least 4 years’ experience working within Cyber Security, both within a Security Operations Centre and elsewhere within the wider operational sphere. Demonstrable experience with both customer and stakeholder management is a must, coupled with a versatility of thought and the ability to adapt to the ever-changing requirements of this role.

What you’ll be doing

This role will look to see the successful candidate fully manage the technical relationship between a customer and their managed security service provided by Bridewell. Taking on ownership for technical queries, escalations, projects and improvements as well as continuously maintain and grow the service offered to our customers, the successful candidate will marry a deeply technical knowledge, with a people-focused vision.

This role is unique in its function and is designed to highly integrate with all other Bridewell Managed Security Service functions to promote cross team collaboration, thought leadership and continue to demonstrate expertise to our customers.

• Diagnose and solve critical customer security problems including but not limited to Incidents and Project blockers
