Job summary

Visa is seeking a finance professional to manage end-to-end lifecycle processes for client incentive agreements. You will ensure accurate accounting, forecasting and payment processing in line with contractual terms and US GAAP.

Collaboration spans Commercial, Finance and Legal functions within CIO and Global Controllership. Increase efficiency by supporting close activities and identifying automation opportunities while maintaining strong governance and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related discipline.
• Experience in financial operations, controllership, revenue accounting or related finance function.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with high data accuracy.
• Experience reviewing complex contractual arrangements and translating terms into outcomes.
• Understanding of financial controls, SOX requirements, audit standards.

Responsibilities

• Review client incentive agreements and proposals for operational feasibility and accounting implications.
• Set up, monitor and actualize client incentive arrangements in ORMB and related systems.
• Perform incentive actualization, including accrual updates, variance analysis and forecasts.
• Prepare, review and process client incentive payments per terms and governance requirements.
• Manage contract lifecycle events including renewals, amendments, waivers and terminations.
• Support month-, quarter-, and year-end close activities and reconciliations.
