Our fast-growing client is seeking a dynamic and driven Implementation Coordinator to join their team. In this pivotal role, you will be at the forefront of welcoming new clients and guiding them through the implementation of their safety solutions. Your main responsibilities will include helping customers navigate configurable options and make informed decisions that best suit their organizational needs. With a world-class portfolio of products, our client needs someone passionate about safety and eager to make an immediate impact from day one.

Job Duties
  1. Serve as the primary contact for new clients and major account changes, ensuring smooth and successful implementations.
  2. Understand client needs by gathering requirements for deployments and providing effective change management support.
  3. Lead the setup of customized online account structures, ensuring optimal configurations for each client.
  4. Provide comprehensive training on hardware, software, and data analytics to help clients utilize products and services fully.
  5. Build strong, lasting relationships with clients from day one, setting the stage for ongoing success and collaboration.
  6. Manage multiple deployments simultaneously, ensuring on-time delivery and scope adherence.
  7. Oversee the full project lifecycle, from initiation to execution, resolving any challenges that arise.
  8. Design custom account structures tailored to client needs, optimizing usage and growth, and lead engaging training sessions for end-users and executives, in-person and online.
  9. Stay up to date with the company's offerings, becoming an expert on products and best implementation practices.
  10. Proactively manage client expectations, provide strategic recommendations, and ensure alignment throughout project delivery.
  11. Continuously seek process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  12. Support field trials and new product rollouts, working with teams to ensure clear communication and smooth transitions.
  13. Share key insights and learnings with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.

Applicant Specification
  • Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn the company's product offerings.
  • Superior organizational skills, capable of managing 50+ clients and projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed.
  • Fluent in French and Italian.
  • Project coordination experience or eagerness to learn.
  • Strong communication skills, able to engage and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Detail-oriented and accurate, ensuring high-quality execution of all tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM & ERP systems, and project management tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.
  • Customer-centric mindset, placing clients' needs at the core of decisions and actions.
  • Adaptable and able to thrive in fast-paced environments, adjusting to changing priorities.
  • Organized, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining high standards.
