Job Description

This role is for the Sr. Director of Sales Operations for the Client Growth & Tech Sales organization. This Operations Partner role will be part of the Sales Operations & Planning team and will support key leaders across the EMEA Tech Sales & Tech Advisory teams. This role will provide strategic and operational support by partnering with sellers, advisors, and team leadership on key activities:

  • Support core tech sales activities in alignment with annual tech sales goals and objectives
    • Drive forecasting process & partner with Sales team to improve forecast accuracy
    • Drive SFDC data hygiene processes
    • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas of improvement
    • Partner with leaders and Reporting & Analysis team to create sales & seller performance reporting and action plans
    • Support sellers sales play planning and execution
  • Support Tech Advisory function in EMEA aligned with goals and objectives of Tech Advisory Function
    • Support advisory leadership in strategic planning
    • Monitor and analyze NPS & VOC performance metrics to identify opportunities for key clients
    • Support key stakeholder communication plans & deliverables
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal stakeholders and customers
    • Drive/support operational priorities as defined by sales leader
  • Support EMEA tech partnerships team to achieve pipeline, sales and relationship goals (in alignment with global tech partnerships organization)
    • Managing some priority in-region partner relationships (i.e., IBM, ServiceNow, Eptura)
    • Executing in-region partner growth activities (i.e., co-selling workshops, QBRs, etc.)
    • Manage in-region priority escalations
    • Project managing strategic initiatives
    • Ensure deal registration processes are followed
  • Provide business/strategy support for APAC/EMEA Tech Sales & Tech Advisory leader
    • Participate in strategic planning processes
    • Program manage priority strategic programs
    • Create senior executive communication packs/presentations to support overall business needs and priorities


Role Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field (Master's degree ).
  • 5+ years experience and proven track record of success in sales-related operations and execution activities that support growth and operational excellence
  • Flexibility to support APAC stakeholders/schedules as needed
  • Advanced Salesforce skills
  • Drive/support programs, priorities and asks from other groups that the sales and advisory teams are responsible for (marketing, operations, training, HR, etc.)
  • Collaborate with other functions to streamline processes, fix issues and optimize activities.
  • Share knowledge and successes with Sales Operations team so benefits & improvements are identified and driven globally
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with broad cross-functional teams to achieve growth & operational objectives
  • Excellent executive communication skills in the following areas: creating senior executive storylines and talk tracks based on results & data; creating high-quality executive presentations (and driving the needed iterative, collaborative draft & review cycles); excellent verbal and written communications
  • Excellent program management and deliverable creation skills
  • Expertise leading diverse core teams through a strategic planning process toward a common goal
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
  • Extensive knowledge of sales processes, methodologies, and sales technology stack
