Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment seeks a Pre-Construction Manager / Estimator for Somerset to guide opportunities from enquiry through to contract award, liaising with clients and internal teams.

You will work with design, estimating and delivery colleagues to develop solutions, coordinate pricing and help secure new projects in a growing interiors contractor. Salary 40,000–55,000 plus bonus and car allowance.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating, surveying, or pre-construction within construction

Responsibilities

• Guide opportunities from initial enquiry through to contract award
• Coordinate pricing, proposals and commercial information to help secure new work
• Work with design, estimating and delivery teams to develop project solutions
