Job summary

tms is seeking a Client Finance Analyst to join our International Agency Finance team. You will support financial planning, client reporting, and pricing analyses to drive profitability across multiple client engagements.

You will collaborate with client teams and Finance Managers, ensuring accurate revenue recognition, timely close, and insightful commentary for leadership reviews. A hybrid work model—alongside strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills—will help you succeed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant work experience in the services industry preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; high-level Excel functionality expected.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to drive performance.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
• Familiarity with NetSuite and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development of annual client financial plans with client teams and Finance Managers.
• Ensure accurate revenue recognition and monthly close.
• Analyse revenue variances against KPIs and report findings.
• Collaborate with account teams on new revenue streams and financial planning.
• Prepare monthly client reporting packs and provide meaningful commentary.
• Own WIP, project management, and ad hoc analyses for clients.
• Maintain pricing records, rate cards, and profitability analyses.
• Assist with audit requests and close audit queries in a timely manner.
• Oversee billing processes to ensure accurate invoicing and tax codes.
