Job summary

TP ICAP Group in London seeks a Development Team Lead to guide the Client Facing Technology team, delivering client connectivity platforms for the Global Broking division. You will mentor developers, shape architecture, and partner with architecture, QA, product managers and operations to ensure scalable, secure production systems on AWS using FIX and modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a developers team and conducting appraisals/technical reviews.
• Broking/trading domain experience (FX/Fixed Income) preferred.
• Strong Java background with FIX protocol knowledge.
• Experience with GitLab or GitHub and AWS services (EC2, ELB, EKS, AMI).
• Familiarity with SAFe/Agile and DevOps tooling (Jenkins, Maven, Ansible).
• Knowledge of observability tools such as Grafana; Level 3 production support.

Responsibilities

• Lead a hands-on team to develop software and influence architecture.
• Build and review client connectivity apps for maintainability, stability and performance.
• Collaborate with Architecture, QA, BAs, PMs, Scrum lead and support teams.
• Manage releases and production rollouts with support teams.
• Provide hands-on involvement to resolve production issues.
