Job summary

Rider Levett Bucknall seeks a Sustainability Consultant to own client relationships and deliver ESG advisory work across a portfolio of institutional real estate clients. The core focus is GRESB advisory and BREEAM In-Use, with scope to grow into adjacent service areas.

You will work in a visible role, running your own workstreams and shaping our service offering, with strong emphasis on data, reporting and client value.

Qualifications

• Approx. 4 years' client-facing consultancy experience in real estate or sustainability.
• Demonstrated GRESB submissions experience and knowledge of scoring and data quality.
• Hands-on BREEAM In-Use experience with certification processes.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships and deliver ESG advisory services across portfolios.
• Lead GRESB submissions and BREEAM In-Use strategy for funds and assets.
• Manage data workstreams and QA processes with evidence-rich reporting.
• Contribute to bids, proposals and development of delivery tools.
