Job summary

Erin Associates Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager in Mold with hybrid working arrangements. You will own multiple projects from planning to go-live, coordinating internal teams and acting as the main point of contact for clients.

The role emphasizes delivering on time, on budget, and to a high standard. Ideal candidates bring 1+ years’ PM experience, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency with ClickUp/Asana/Jira.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in project management.
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders, deadlines, and budgets.
• Strong customer service and professional, solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills and multi-project handling.
• Experience with resource and diary management.
• Experience using project management platforms such as ClickUp, Asana, Jira or similar.
• PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, or equivalent qualification, or currently working towards one.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from initiation to go-live.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects with timelines, budgets and resources.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Act as primary client contact and maintain proactive communication.
• Ensure workstreams are assigned, dependencies identified, and technical deliverables met.
• Monitor budgets and commercial parameters within agreed frameworks.
• Adhere to internal frameworks, processes and documentation.
