Job summary

Wordsmith is building the legal operating system for in-house teams, growing rapidly. The role focuses on implementing, configuring and integrating the platform to deliver real legal outcomes for customers.

You’ll work closely with customers to design workflows, automate processes and tailor solutions that embed Wordsmith into their legal operations. This is a hands-on technical role that benefits from strong legal insight and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal tech or legal operations.
• Strong understanding of how in-house legal teams work.
• Ability to manage customer projects and guide stakeholders through change.
• Comfortable working across legal and technical domains.
• Technical enough to build integrations, agents and automations.
• Fixer's instinct – diagnosing live setups and reworking as required.
• Structured thinker who can turn messy processes into clear systems.
• Strong communication skills and confidence with customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation projects for new customers.
• Design workflows and automation tailored to each organisation.
• Configure the platform to support real legal use cases.
• Scope implementations for complex enterprise customers – use cases, sequencing and value landing.
• Collaborate with legal teams to translate processes into workflows.
• Build integrations and automations with Engineering when needed.
