Job summary

Proactive Appointments is looking for a Solutions Architect to join our team near Guildford in a hybrid role. The candidate will bridge technology and business for SME clients, shaping IT strategy and scoping projects for delivery teams.

A strong Microsoft 365/Azure background and comfort with security, migrations and broader infrastructure are preferred. The role involves 2-3 days per week in the Guildford office, client-facing work, and the potential for a car allowance in addition to salary.

Responsibilities

• Running regular strategic IT roadmap meetings with clients
• Scoping and costing IT projects before handing them over to the technical delivery team
• Supporting new business opportunities and helping clients identify where technology can improve their business
• Look at an existing environment and determine what the solution should look like, what technology is required and the likely time and cost involved
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure; familiarity with security, cloud migrations and broader infrastructure
