Job summary

Avanade is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with clients and translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions. You will lead discovery, shape backlogs and drive rapid prototyping using Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI and Power Platform while ensuring governance and scalable delivery.

The role demands strong client-facing skills, deep technical expertise, and hands-on delivery across AI strategy, solution architecture and engineering to turn ambitious ideas into measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience architecting and delivering AI-powered solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI.
• Strong experience building agents and conversational/workflow-based solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Proficient with Microsoft Power Platform for integration and automation in enterprise AI contexts.

Responsibilities

• Embed with client teams to understand organisation, processes, technology landscape and priorities; lead discovery and design workshops.
• Architect and rapidly iterate AI agents, prototypes and value proofs using Microsoft tools; deliver end-to-end production-ready demonstrations.
