Job description

We are looking for an individual to play an integral role within the Events and Front of House team.

You will be supporting both the events and client experience team across a variety of activities and tasks.

What we need from you

•Demonstrable experience of working in a busy professional receptionist / client-facing environment is essential.

•Exemplary client care experience and customer care skills.

•Strong organisational, IT and communication skills; written and verbal.

•Administrative experience - desirable.

What you'll be doing

•Create a welcoming and professional atmosphere for clients and third-party professionals visiting our client's offices.

•Maintain the client experience area and meeting rooms, ensuring high levels of cleanliness, escalating any maintenance issues as appropriate.

•Assist in the organisation, coordination and smooth-running of client meetings and events, including; meeting room bookings, meeting room set-up, appropriate equipment, refreshments, catering and travel requirements.

•Fielding all incoming telephone calls, in a professional, courteous and efficient manner.
