A leading service provider in the UK is seeking a dedicated CX Associate to ensure customer happiness through various communication channels including calls and live chats. This is a remote role requiring a reliable internet connection and a commitment to customer service excellence. The position offers starting pay at £12.30 per hour, flexible scheduling, and dedicated learning time each week. Training will begin on October 13, 2025, with applications closing on September 23, 2025.
The purpose of the role is to deliver customer happiness at every interaction.
As a CX Associate, you must be based and working in the UK at all times, operating from your dedicated home workspace. In this role, you will support our clients by answering calls, responding to live chats, booking appointments, and taking messages. You will also have the opportunity to support our clients across the US and Canada.
