Job description

Thérapie Clinic is the fastest-growing Aesthetic Medical Clinic in Europe, with 75 locations across Ireland, Northern Ireland, Great Britain, and New York City. We are delighted to be hiring for a Client Experience and Sales Specialist weekend and evenings only in our Glasgow Vincent St Clinic. In this exciting new role, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional client journey by supporting client satisfaction, revenue goals, and sales performance.

We want people to ‘Do their best work at Thérapie’ and as part of the Clinic Team, you will be integral to creating that environment and culture.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client Satisfaction
    • Deliver outstanding client service from first contact to follow-up.
    • Proactively manage online reviews and resolve complaints efficiently.
  2. Revenue Growth
    • Maximise clinic efficiency through smart diary and booking management.
    • Manage stock accurately, including AWI deductions.
    • Drive and convert consultations with strong upselling and cross-selling.
    • Meet KPIs for consultation success, walk-in conversions, and average spend.
    • Ensure a seamless check-in/out journey for every client.
  3. AWI Performance & Growth
    • Promote skin consultations and identify upsell opportunities via forms.
    • Track AWI stock, ensure clinical room standards, and handle client retention calls.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Qualified Beauty Therapist.
  • Proven experience in client experience management, customer service, or a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
