We are looking for a Client Executive to join our Science & Technology team at Partners& based in the South East of England.

The purpose of this role is to be the trusted adviser who will focus on building and maintaining client relationships whilst also driving new business opportunities. Through strategic engagement and integrity-driven practices, the role will drive revenue growth and enhance our reputation, ensuring sustainable business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain deep relationships with clients and be seen as the trusted adviser to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to use technical knowledge to shape discussions with clients and provide guidance to the client teams
  • Ability to think strategically about the client base and proactively bring opportunities/ideas to the wider trading teams
  • Uses standard methodology to scale better outcomes for clients and actively shares with the business.
  • Using business development resources to grow the portfolio of new clients
  • Building and managing a personal pipeline of potential clients
  • Collaborating with the wider internal teams to deliver on our wider promise
  • Responsible for prospecting and procuring new B2B partners and ensuring the successful onboarding of those new partners
  • Identifying opportunities for leads to other areas of B2B, providing introductions and supporting our internal referral process (Private Client, WH&P)
  • Ensuring that throughout the client journey the Partners& compliance process is upheld to avoid any audit/unnecessary compliance issues
  • Working in conjunction with the regional placement partners to ensure challenging risks are placed in a timely manner for the benefit of the client
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts to the Science & Technology National Practice Lead.
  • To use client applications accurately and as defined by the business
  • Acts as a client leader across a portfolio of clients with complex requirements
  • Accountability for service delivery, ensuring progress for all client workstreams, building alignment of internal client teams on related workstreams
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
  • To act upon feedback to ensure appropriate remediation plans are put in place
  • Maintains proven understanding of all Partners& services and ensures that a client understands the full value available
  • To maintain own learning and CPD.
