We are excited to invite applications for the role of Client Executive – Paid Social with our awesome team in Melbourne!

The role :

As the Client Executive – Paid Social, your responsibilities will include the implementation and buying of social media activity on behalf of clients, with a strong focus on Meta. This is an amazing opportunity to work on one of our favourite clients.

Core responsibilities :

  1. Create, implement, track, analyse and optimise paid social advertising campaigns in Meta / Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, Pinterest – with a key focus on Meta.
  2. Deliver digital brilliant basics across Social: Online Video, BVOD, Partnerships, Social, Tagging and some Programmatic.
  3. Support across media buying, reporting, checking bookings as well as the preparation of reports including post analysis, final buys, and other reporting requirements.
  4. Support on all bookings loaded efficiently with minimal queries and resolve these in a timely fashion.
  5. Reporting and WIPs with the client – selling in solutions and ideas, problem solving and making recommendations.
  6. Optimising campaigns, briefing specialist teams, finance and invoice management.

A bit about you :

  1. You will have a thorough understanding of the media landscape with a digital social lean and a good understanding of media implementation and optimisation.
  2. Must have experience in Meta and a passion for paid social campaigns, including some influencer activity.
  3. A proven track record for managing and processing media bookings in an accurate and timely manner.
  4. Building meaningful connections with clients and team members excites you!
  5. You will have had some exposure across some of these tools; Spectra SMD, Roy Morgan, ERam, DV360, Social Platforms, CM360.
  6. Able to provide a generalist view of all facets of digital media (biddable and non-biddable) and how they can work together effectively in the context of a media strategy and / or plan.
