Job summary

Carat, part of Dentsu, London, is seeking a Client Executive to support the delivery of integrated media activity across a portfolio of clients and markets. Working with the Client Manager and teams, you will coordinate campaign planning, activation, reporting and client communications across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in media, advertising, or client services environments.
• Understanding of media planning and campaign management principles.
• Experience managing multiple projects, priorities and deadlines in fast-paced environments.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Client Manager and wider team with day-to-day client liaison and administration.
• Connects regularly with clients to support delivery of campaigns and service excellence.
• Leads weekly client status meetings.
• Leads weekly internal status meetings.
• Arranges Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and other client meetings as required.
• Coordinates half-yearly client evaluation surveys.
• Collaborates with colleagues and local markets to meet client service needs.
• Ensures monthly media plan deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
