We are seeking a talented individual to join our Education team at Marsh. This role will be home based, ideally with you being based in the Hampshire, Wiltshire, Berkshire regions of the South. There is also a requirement to attend our Haywards Heath office for meetings as needed.

You will manage and grow a portfolio of clients and prospects from the UK Education sector, identifying and implementing strategies for risk management, risk financing, and insurance needs. You will work with clients to maximize opportunities and expand the product offering.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing an allocated portfolio of clients in the Education sector
• Developing strategies for clients’ risk and insurance needs
• Maximizing business opportunities and product offerings
• Leading program design activities to completion
• Producing and negotiating budget proposals and fees
• Hosting client and insurer meetings with specialist teams
• Delivering market-leading service and solutions
• Prospecting and acquiring new clients

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Commercial Insurance, with previous client executive roles
• Experience with Education clients is beneficial but not essential
• Strong relationship management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Analytical and problem-solving skills are a plus

Preferred qualities:

• Dynamic personality with client-facing experience
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and adapt flexibly
• Cert CII qualification, working towards ACII is desirable
