Job summary

SAVVY RECRUITMENT is seeking an energetic, self-starting individual for an entry-level role in media and advertising. Base pay range

London - 3 days a week in office 2 days from home.

Are you an energetic, self-starting individual with a flair for building relationships and a passion for media and advertising? This is your chance to join a forward-thinking team where your ideas, initiative, and ambition will be rewarded.

This entry-level opportunity offers exposure to some of the UK’s most prominent media buying agencies. Working closely with a supportive and driven sales team, you’ll manage your own portfolio of clients and assist with wider commercial operations – from campaign support to client entertainment.

You’ll be given the tools and training to hit the ground running, with ample room to grow and make an impact. Your natural communication skills, enthusiasm for collaboration, and commercial awareness will help you thrive in this exciting environment.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Developing long-term relationships with key agency contacts
  • Generating new business opportunities and helping to grow existing accounts
  • Supporting the team with meeting preparation, admin, and campaign follow-ups
  • Attending client meetings and events (some outside usual hours)
  • Collaborating with colleagues across the organisation to ensure campaign success
  • Contributing ideas that help shape sales strategy and team performance
