We have a fantastic opportunity for a talented individual to join Marsh in our Energy & Power team in London.

The role: Client Executive

Marsh Specialty is seeking a dynamic Client Executive to join our market-leading Energy and Power team in London. This role offers the opportunity to lead retail accounts and provide specialist risk management advisory services within the UK & Ireland team. You will play a key role in supporting our clients' operations as they ensure delivery of Energy Security and the Energy Transition.

We will rely on you to:

  1. Lead client accounts with a proactive approach to service delivery.
  2. Provide insurance risk management advisory services tailored to client needs.
  3. Create and implement renewal strategies, coordinating with the wider Energy and Power team.
  4. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and insurance markets.
  5. Monitor account progress, anticipating and resolving potential issues.

What you need to have:

  1. Effective communication and influencing skills, with the ability to present confidently to clients and internally.
  2. Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  3. A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively within a team.

What makes you stand out:

  1. 2+ years of experience within another broker or insurer is preferred.
  2. Background in Energy Insurance is desirable, but a retail client servicing background is also acceptable.
  3. Experience in the oil & gas sector is a plus.
  4. Demonstrated ability to identify and escalate issues effectively to enhance client service delivery.
  5. Professional affiliation/accreditations (ACII part/fully qualified or equivalent) preferred.
